I showed some homes in Troon and Pinnacle Peak area these last two days. It was over cast and in the 50's and 60's and it's usually a few degrees cooler and a few mph faster winds. It's still my favorite place in the valley. I picked up my client early after he had Hiked Pinnacle Peak's interactive Sonoran Desert Hiking Trail. We were able to see quite a few homes in the area and see a variety of home types. From Condo's on award winning golf courses, to million dollar homes on the side of a mt. with views of multiple golf courses.

The Boulder tops and Peaks are like no where else in the world. The houses in Troon and Pinnacle Peak area seem to rise and fall seemlessly with the surrounding topography.
