School Registration

Registration starts in May and continues until end of school year in early June. Late registration is in August and opening day of school. Make sure to register at the school your child is planning to attend. School's offices are open two weeks before opening day of school. Your child will need proof of age with a birth certificate or baptismal record and with a current immunization record (see below).

Immunization

State law requires school districts to show proof that every student through 12^th grade has had immunization or is exempt from required immunization. Doctor's certificate immunization history is required before enrollment of the child. If the immunizations are incomplete for any reason than the parents will have to provide proof of complete immunization within 15 days after enrollment. Free immunizations are available from the Maricopa County Health Department (602)506-6885.
