As we look at the inventory today, with the demand that many people and especially investors have in real estate, is it possible there is more home building happening in Phoenix Valley Metro? Right now, the resale inventory has continued to fall and the prices are on the uprise. Does that mean more home building?
According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, they indicated that the construction workforce has significantly fallen nationwide alone this past May. Yet, in the past year, Arizona construction labor has increased. Obviously, it’s due to its low inventory, according to the BLS data compiled and released Friday by the Associated General Contractors of America. Yes, Arizona is ranked 3rd in the United States for its homebuilding workforce.
Is it the turning point to buy new? Consider this. If you are getting turned down in resale home buying, maybe it’s time to consider a fresh start in buying a new home. I have all the resources throughout the valley that will get you a new home in a matter of days without the hassles or the stress of waiting for the greatest chances of getting locked out to someone else. I will show you what buying new is about.
