Boulders
Boulders is an award- winning, 5-star resort and golf community, which is situated in the gorgeous terrain of the Sonoran Desert and in the midst of stunning, ancient granite boulder structures, that turn orange, purple, and peach late in the afternoon. The community is home to two 18-hole championship golf courses and a luxurious spa and is one of only five resorts to receive the Golfer's Gold Medal every year since it's establishment in 1988. Golfers enjoy viewing spectacular sunsets, striking granite stone formations, and diverse wildlife such as bobcats, rabbits, coyotes, and javelinas, which are a species of wild pig otherwise known as Collared Peccaries. It is conveniently located twelve miles from Scottsdale and it's amenities, which include schools, shopping, entertainment, restaurants, and medical services.
