About The Agent

Joann started her real estate career in Northern California in 2002. She operated her own successful residential company and also helped her husband build his commercial real estate investment company. After years of vacationing in Arizona, in 2007 she and her family relocated to the Valley to be closer to their commercial investments and to also enjoy all of the great things that Arizona has to offer. In 2009 Joann obtained her Arizona Broker's license while also maintaining her California real estate license. Joann enjoys assisting her Buyer's and Seller's. It is rewarding to know that she has helped Buyer's find the perfect property to fit their needs. She also has years of experience in listing properties, both single family and rental.
